Avoid ADT - Noise Pollution and No Service

ADT does not care about their customers, noise pollution, wasting the time of their staff or providing any form of service.<br> Our neighbors have been struggling to get their ADT alarm issues resolves since October 2013 (more than 1 year and six months) and the ADT technicians are completely unable to resolve the issue. <br> These clients have decided to ignore calls from the control room as a result, which is now annoying their neighbors.<br> Their alarm is triggered every 30 minutes or so. The call center does not care either. According to my most recent call to the control room @ 15:15 06 April 2015 ***) they do not have the contact information of this client, so the simply send out the unit every time instead.<br> This means they do not respect the client, noise pollution in the area, wasting the time of their staff (units might be needed elsewhere), or respecting any form of brand.<br> Avoid using ADT at all cost. You will never know which alarm activation was the real deal.
