Authorized debicheck and no service provided

Am very unhappy with Adt they intalled my alarm system not even long the system broke they came out fix at a charge and then it just went of again without working so i have not been using their system for quite some moths but now Decmber the 16 a debit went off my account as a debicheck with i did not authorised then contacted them the maneger Beverly Daniels then **** to me saying money will be paid back into my account within 7days i waited then she told me straight i wont get my money back i also explained company has not been providing me with services for months but am kept liabile no comany have a right to do a debicheck without client permision but seems like ADT can just take comcumers money via debicheck without clients contcent
