Attempted break in, call centre did not answer calls

I logged a complaint with dat on the 26th and still no response.... on the 24th at 2am I had an attempted ******* when someone tried to get into my home.. I tried calling the call centre ... No one answered I made 5 calls only on the 5th call did someone finally answered... This was at least 10 mins later... in that time we could have been injured ... the armed response only got here a further 10 mins later... is this what service we are paying for , that in a life an death situation your call centre is asleep???? I was the only adult female with 5kids under the age of 16 what could I have done to protect them alone... This is unacceptable
