Atrocious Service!

ADT has proven to be nonchalant, indifferent, unsympathetic, unreliable; and non - responsive to our plight. We have called on numerous occasions for a vehicle to be dispatched from their depot less than 10minutes away, only to get no vehicle or one that arrives an hour later/after call has been lodged. Patrols are not performed as per our request and no patrol slips are left behind in the letter box as requested AND as per ADT's promise. If and when patrols are done, it is in less than 2minutes (vehicle arrives, and leaves very soon after without even doing a proper front visual check of property) Discussions were had with management and promises of improved services were made, this including follow up calls; however, to this minute no response from management as well as no response vehicle in sight. Very disappointed customer.
