ATD definitely not protecting me

I have came across many companies that do home alarms an response etc but ADT I am actually in shock I have requested to get some team members out here as my home alarm Is not sending radio out it’s been 2 months an awaiting responses I have been out an offline for this time nobody contacted me back I have called over an over they sell you this quick but i am not interested anymore really I want to cancel an will not recommend!!!
