Assault and reckless driving by ADT response offic

I was travelling along north coast road towards Durban,when a motor vehicle proceeded towards my left hand side from the Blackburn road way without stopping or yielding.I was forced to swerve to yhe right lane to avoid the said motor vehicle colliding into me.Upon noticing the vehicle again I discovered it was a marked ADT SECURITY vehicle,I then tried to get the attention of the driver as to what was the reason he drove the way he did as he was not in a hurry to respond to anything as he did not have his emergency lights on? The driver then showed me a disregard hamd signal and laughed,I then followed the adt vehicle to enquire about the drivers attitude,I also observed another adt vehicle which also stopped,I approached the driver and asked what was wrong with him?he refused to alight his vehicle,whilst speaking to the second adt driver,who was polite and apologised to me on behalf of he ther,also mentioned that the driver was drunk.the first adt driver alighted his vehicle and sprayed me with tear gas and shouted a racial slur at me.Both ADT vehicles then drove off leaving me in that condition.I laid a complaint at the ADT office about half an hour later but got no joy
