Good day I have a complaint regarding ADT financial dept. On 2019 i lost my job and i called them to let them know of the situation, which i was adviced that my services will be suspended and should i wish to continue with them whenever i got a job or ready i should just call for reinstated. I haven't called as im still on job hunt. I am now surprisingly receiving emails and calls from their dept collectors with a huge amount of money owing, which i dont know for what cause since last year September i have not had electricity at home which makes their machines off as well. I have followed up with the suspension and everytime being told about the same terms. I am not happy about this because they are now even so rudely calling my mother whom i dont understand what does this has to do with her... i would appreciate if i can get some more sense on this matter.
