Armed response what armed response?

<p>It is truly disheartening that we pay money to have a security company with their Guard house so close and vehicles in the area but yet by the time they respond ....</p> <p>We thought the reason you have this is to respond prompt but we found out once again yesterday that is not the case 8 to10 minutes??? They say 8 to 10 ridiculous it should be under 5...</p> <p>We got there before adt and we were not even near by...</p> <p>Are you serious??? Response time should be under 5 minutes it's your life on the line.. you don't know why it's a panic alarm going off ..</p> <p>Not even the guard house moves when an alarm goes off seriously?</p> <p> </p> <p>Deflently going to start looking somewhere else... we thought adt is there for us but realize they just might not be...</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously hope adt can improve this poor response time.. </p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed...</p>
