Armed response to NO RESPONSE

Two days ago we caught a car in the act in our house, luckily for us we had a remote controlled panic button so we pressed it. a call came in in no time but no car came to the scene for 43 minutes. Now my trouble is we were told its load shedding what load shedding when we could have been ****** maybe shot. The cherry on top was we were promised a cal from the supervisor a day ago. Even today they haven't called and i would like to believe its noted in their system which is load shedding intolerant .<br> <br>
