Armed Response - Take up to 40 minutes!

I just want to warn other customers to not ever sign up for armed response service with ADT. I have spent over R20 000 for an alarm system in my house, but this is all useless because it takes them between 20 - 40 minutes from the alarm goes off to get to my house to see what the problem is and why it is going off. Last week Monday, it was the first time in a year I REALLY needed them when my house was broken into at 20:30pm, they took 23 minutes to response and by the time they got there, the ********* got away with half the stuff in my house. I have logged my concerns with the right departments, but it seems it is just getting worse. Since last week's incident, my alarm has gone off twice again, taken them 20 minutes yesterday to respond and today was the ultimate record off 40 minutes before they got to my house. Please just take note, I don't live out in the sticks, Table view is a very established area in Cape Town, so I don't understand why it takes them that long. Long and short, I have had it now, moving to different company who actually deliver a service that I pay for every month. Don't make the same mistake as me and only try to fix it after it is too late...
