ARMED RESPONSE NEVER ARRIVES

I received a call at 16:44 from ADT call centre advising alarm gone off on my property, I rep**** nobody's home please send someone out to inspect. I then rushed from work only to pass a ADT vehicle parked at the local tearoom a few hundred meters from my home. Get home alone with my 10 year old daughter to inspect in the hope there's no intruders still on the property. Thank God everything is fine. And this point we are still waiting for a vehicle to arrive. I called the call centre to find out how can a vehicle be parked so close to my home and still not have anyone come out to inspect. Call centre advises that vehicle is not being sent, yet another vehicle will be sent. I can't understand how the closes vehicle does not respond. This is my second entry of complaint about ADT and after my last complaint I'm still waiting to receive a call from ADT in regards to my previous complaint. I desperately need some help on this matter. I am at my wits end
