Armed RESPONSE, more like ZERO RESPONSE
After requesting ADT technical department to come upgrade my alarm system and add one beam, they quoted around R15k, for adding one beam. I got another provider to come do a quote, who came in under R4k. I contacted ADT to advise (as they my armed \Response") company that I will be upgrading my system with the other supplier and moving armed response to the other supplier. <br> ADT pleaded with me (been with them for 6 years"
