Armed response **** about being there

Hello, yesterday at about 14:37 my alarm went off and I got a call from ADT to advise the Alarm has been triggered. I advised I was not at home at the time and they should send out armed response to check it out.<br> I was anxiously waiting for them to get back to me, after 40 mins I still never received a call back to advise what has happened, so I called them, they advised the guys have just gotten back now from the house and if they can call me in 1 min, so I said no problem. They called me back to tell me everything was checked and everything was ok, to my surprise when I got home the window was wide open burglar bars laying on the floor outside and curtain was hanging partially out the window. So how could they have checked if they did not notice that. This is very concerning because what if my wife was at home during this time and she was in need of assistance and no one even came to check the place out thinking it was just a routine check. I am wasting my money trying to protect my family and this is how we get **** to, I am not going to leave this like this because if anyone was home at that time and needed help they could of been hurt or worse because they didn't check.
