Armed response didn't pitch

Received a call at 12h35 today to say that the alarm had gone off at my home. Asked them to send the armed response there. Left my office in Port Shepstone, and got to my home in Umtentweni at 12h45 with traffic and stopping at all robots. See no ADT vehicle at my home. Checked all round and the response vehicle had not got there yet. Waited until 13h15 and phoned ADT. Call centre agent tells me that tells me that armed response was responding to another incident and could not come to my home. This is unacceptable. She wanted to know from me whether she must send another vehicle!!! I was flabbergasted
