Armed response cant even reach me in an emergency

So Ive been with ADT now for 7 months. A few weeks back we had a false alarm to which armed response arrived around 20 minutes later (separate issue). We then realised that they couldn't get in the gate of my complex and rang my doorbell to let them in the gate!!!! I immediately called the call centre and reported this as if i had a real emergency they would not be able to get to me to assist me....even though Im paying R300 per month!!! Ive called around 3/4 times and no one has helped. So for the past 7 months Ive paid a total of R2100 for pretty much no coverage? Either give me my money back and get this sorted so your armed response can get in my gate or I will cancel. You might tell me I still have 6 months left on my contract and Im in breach but you are in breach for not being able to assist me in case of an emergency and no one cares in your call centre too. Ive done my bit in cheerleading your team on to keep me safe when you cant be bothered!
