Armed Response - 20 min later!

My wife was alone at home and saw a man come on to our property and precede to try to open the front door to our house. She immediately pressed the panic button. I was called and told the operator there was a man trespassing and to please dispatch a unit. It took them 20 minutes to get to my property! You pay for a service which is meant to protect you and then have that length of time pass before you are assisted? Whats the point!<br> <br> This is not the 1st time i have had poor service. I have had my alarm go off and been told that somebody would be dispatched to check it out and then had no follow up call to let me know everything is fine.
