I cancelled my contract with your company along with payment of the agreed upon settlement amount on the 21st November 2014. This was due to your continued pathetic and *********** service.<br> Now one year a later I received an SMS from Debtsource informing me that ADT have handed me over for outstanding monies. When I phoned to enquire, I was told that it was for the outstanding early contract settlement amount which I never paid. Excuse me idiots, I have an e-mail from your company, dated 02 December 2014, stating that you have infact received my payment. WAKE UP!!! Just another bit of proof of your incompetence as a service provider. Please retract the handing over of my account from Debtsource and please note that I will take legal action should my name in anyway be affected on my credit profile as a result of your incompetence.
