ARE MY ITEMS SAFE?

You arrived home from work and you try to disarm the system and it mulfunctions. You sleep with a system that is faulty and they want to bill you for that. Does the system really work or is just a hawgwash? The consultant over the phone also couldnt troubleshoot the problem as promised. The other one ask for the security code and you give her and after 10 minutes when you call the other consultant tells you the security code is incorrect.
