APPALLING SERVICE FROM ADT

-Allarm went off at 00:12 on 14/05/15<br> - ADT arrived at 00:28 ( 16 minutes later)<br> - I received a call from ADT asking how they can gain access into my gated complex. Shocking as we had recently updated our profile for ADT to be allowed access onto the premises via the guard cell system. Thankfully there wasn't, but if there were a ****** at my house, does ADT really expect me address their issue about access given their incompetency?<br> - I was watching the armed response team from the window<br> - I received a call from ADT saying that they have searched the premises and everything is fine - which was a lie because the team did not even enter the premises!<br> - I gave the feedback to the ADT consultant and then only did the team come onto the premises<br> - There were 2 individuals - they were very noisy and caused quite a racket. They spoke loudly to one another <br> - There are 4 units in our complex.This is the fourth occassion that the ADT armed response team went to the INCORRECT unit!<br> - Whilst they were checking the premises, they left the main gate open (how convenient for any ****** to enter and escape!!)<br> <br> Will be cancelling and spreading the word of pathetic service!
