APPALLING SERVICE and *********** consultants!
What an APPALLING SERVICE and *********** consultants that's I've dealt with. ADT keeps debiting an incorrect amount from my account since October 2024, I've sent numerous emails and made numerous calls to date. All they do is verify my account, put me on hold and hang up my call. I'm fed with their customer service. They do as they please with my money, I'm really tired of calling this company and emailing them. No one calls you back and my query remains unresolved till today. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!
