Appalling service

My partner and I received appalling service from ADT Security. We have paid for installation of an alarm system and have been waiting for WEEKS for this service. When asking George, salesperson from the Vaal service center, for feedback- he took us from pillar to post, telling us there is a shortage of technical staff and even passing the buck by telling us to speak to Merecia at the Vaal service center who will give us a "straight story ". When calling the Vaal service center, the calls merely cut off. I then called the ********** 911 and spoke to Busi who then transferred me to Sibusiso who put me through to the Vaal service center even AFTER I explained that the number doesn't work. I then called again and spoke to Mbali for 37minutes and nothing fruitful came from that conversation as she did not treat my situation with a sense of urgency and tenacity, she never gave me a turnaround time though she said she is based in the JHB service center and our area falls under that same center. She told me that she emailed "someone" and does not know when they will respond. We are disappointed and appalled by the level of service received and want our money back.
