Appalling customer care service

I have 5 of my bikes installed with their tracker units. They hardly ever work, when you requested that they fix them they will not come. I have been complaining about the faulty tracker units for over a month now and they have not been fixed. I recently had one my bikes ****** and we couldn't even track it because the unit has not been working for sometime. The service I have received from them since this whole ordeal is shocking. I would never recommend this tracker company at all
