Ao heartbroken bt what ADT has done to me in this democratic South Africa

The most disappointing and ****** behaviour from ADT Ladysmith. As I speak I do not have access to the address that I have been paying ADT to secure. Last year ADT *****ulently locked me into this useless contract. Their agents went to my address and installed their software without my consent. It took me two months to get a hold of them and ensure they at least had my company details.

This contract has been absolutely traumatizing as at the end of the day it didn't really help me. ADT ladysmith is very ****** and allowed somebody else access to a building that they were paid to watch. Last month my landlord broke into my previous place of work because he does not want to give me back the deposit that I paid him when I moved in. ADt Ladysmith reported his as a false alarm and allowed him to take break open the premises and leave them open over the weekend. I was informed that they are not the SAPS . The street kids helped themselves to items inside the premises till we arrived with members of the police on Sunday night. I was really hoping that the service report from ADT would help me to take legal action against my landlord but they *****ulently marked the incident as a false alarm. The treatment at the branch was the worst. I have never felt like a ******** where I pay money. I had to ask Sandrah to stop speaking over me during the conversation because he seemed to repreesent my landlord and was not ready to hear a word that I said. She was under the impression that i had owed rent for over four months and was lrefusing to leave the premises. He also told me that the 'Uncle wouldnt lie" henece my case was treated differently.

I feel so let down by ADT. It has been almost a month of me trying and trying to cancel this sham of a contract. I am ready to take this matter to the ombudsman as I did not even want this contract from the beginning. I no longer want this contract. I do not believe you have the right to keep me in this contract any longer. Please cancel the contract on ROY027 98 Forbes street Ladysmith. I never wanted it and I still don't. You guys need to stop this *****. U making my life hell please.,
