Another ADT KIMBERLEY drama

I have spent a month asking for a settlement quote for my account. The agent isn't interested because I stopped payment after services weren't delivered and she still wants her commission. I asked her to refer it to accounts at head office and this woman insists on calling me when I've told her many times I'm legally deaf. Clearly she doesn't want a written record of our interactions.

They keep listing me on ITC and affecting my credit record even though they aren't playing ball. Shortage of staff at this branch isn't my problem.
