Annoyed

I suspended my service with ADT security temporarily in 2012 as I was renovating. I wrote a letter to them with request which was granted. I was on a month to month contract with them. I had billing issues and calls putting me under pressure to reistate service which after a while were sorted. My renovations have taken longer than anticipate. Recently they send me a Jult bill. On query I was told by Louise my suspension was temporal. My query to her is why wait almost 3 years to realise that?! Secondly I have NO contract with ADT! Today my account is debited. Worse it's dormant. Why all this as it's now affecting my credit scoring. I DO NOT need this nor will I be forced when am not ready. If you ever had dealings with ADT, best you check. Looks like their chips are down and will go to LOW levels to generate revenue. Have called and been promised with feedback. I AM NOT owing ADT and wii NOT be paying!
