Always willing to assist

I was considering changing security companies based on cost only and I decided to contact FADT to find out if they could assist me, as my monthly service fee was too high for to afford. After speaking to a very helpful consultant, I was told that my matter would be escalated and that I would hear back from FADT in due course.

The next day I received a call from the same consultant informing me that FADT can assist me in lower my service fee and if I was happy with the reduced amount. Wow, now that is customer service!!!!

I am so relieved that FADT was able to assist me because I am extremely satisfied with their service all round. I really do not want to change to another company.
