Alatm goes off and NO CALLS from ADT

My alarm went off in the early hours of 16-06-15,I got up to check and everything seemed in order-10minutes still NO phone call from ADT to check if everything is fine..mind you its raining quite hard outside<br> So i switch alarm back on and a few minutes later it goes off again-still NO call from ADT to check if me and my household are okay<br> I then put back alarm and off it goes again AND only then does ADT bother to call<br> Before I have a chance to complain to the ADT person they end the calll? Is this the new standard if service...my alarm goes off and you guys take 100 years to check on me.Very disappointed-what am I paying for? Had this been a real situation...really not sure how thix would have ended. Maybe it is indeed time to start looking for a new security provider...note this is not the first time this has happened!!!!
