Alarm that does not trigger armed response. No help at all to try fix it!

I am still having issues with my alarm system since it was installed in June last year, I am paying R500 per month for an alarm that does not connect to the sensors or to ADT so if someone breaks into my house the alarm won't go off in most places and even if it does it won't trigger armed response. I have gone blue in the face trying to sort this out. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!
