Alarm Response
On 2 occasions my alarm was triggered at home, and it took the response 25 minutes to get to my home. What kind of a response time is that? But today the response was a joke. It took your security 2 hours to get to my residence. If thing don't change soon, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
