Alarm keeps tripping!!!

I am really not g%tv%l of the service I am getting from ADT. Due to the constant load shedding, it is affecting my alarm to the point whereby, the battery only holds for an hour, and then it goes off. The damn battery was replaced last year already. On top of it, I get calls from the Monitoring Centre during the night , even if the alarm is off(presume it is a delayed response), when I am supposed to get rest. It is an inconvenience, it is a safety risk, and knowing ADT, they probably want me to pay for it(which I refuse to do) !!! I had an alarm system previously with ADT and it never went off, even though load shedding
