ALARM faulty

hi there.<br> <br> i live in waterfall, and the house alarm has been going off since friday night. there is no way you can get in there, as in you request permission from the customer that you will cut and replace the padlock (sealed)<br> <br> then enter the premises and try stop the alarm. this is noise pollution and could be driving people crazy.<br> <br> Please could you assist us with this lovely easter long weekend be more peacful.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Michael Morris
