Alarm and Radio not installed but payment taken

I have entered into contract with ADT May 2015, I explained to consultant that I am not available during office hours as I travel a lot with work. She (Brian) its ok she can come to wherever I'm at. <br> She however DID NOT explain that as I sign, the alarm system will never be installed as they only work office hours. I did explain though before signing that I am not available during office hours and I expect the consultant to have been competent enough to mention that this is not going to work cause the alarm system will basically NEVER BE INSTALLED due to availability issues.<br> <br> ADT is refusing to cancel this contract so I'm PAYING FOR NOTHING!!!
