Alarm and alarm
Terrible. Got a quote for an alarm system with PET FRIENDLY PIRS. Accepted the quote and am stuck with a system that engages when just minimal movement is detected. 6 Dachsies live in the house. If l go out there are a string of calls from ADT to tell me my alarm is triggering. Booked a technical call. Technicians came and adjusted something. No change. More alerts. Book technicians again. They come back and adjust something again. And CHARGE me for the call!!!!! When l phone to query, l am told the sensors CAN'T BE MADE pet friendly. Still waiting for a call from the sales division.
