ALARM ADT KEEP GOING

Since January this year my alarm has been going at odd hours of the morning. I did on numerous occasions phoned for a technician to come and check and I'm still waiting. The alarm started again on June 16, at 01:09am.. Today it did went on again while I was out. On their system a lady called Vyonne saw that I reported it sometime in May. Today she promised a technician would call me and I'm still waiting. What sort of service is this.
