alarm activated and no response

my alarm was activated on he 12/04/2015 at -10h30 there was no phone call ant make matters not even a armed response came to my house to see if everything is ok now i pay every month adt for this service and this is what i get nothing so i want to know from adt do you take customers money like this and do nothing every month and even now i did not even see one of the cars in my area i.e ennerdale ext 8 i really do know for what am i paying adt for
