Alarm
I been paying my monthly fees from 2021 up to today, recently found out that when my alarm go on ADT does not get the notifications that my alarm is going on. when I called ADT control center they are telling me there is a fee to come check what is wrong but yet they keep charging me for monitoring my house yet they cannot see when my alarm goes on. meaning i am paying for nothing.
