AFTER SERVICE SUCKS!!!! ISSUES, ISSUES AND MORE ISSUES.

<p>I purchased my ADT alarm in December last year and everything went smoothly. Ever since I had my alarm, i`ve had endless issues with it. Firstly, They installed a faulty sensor causing me to disturb my rest at 3 O'clock in the morning and in panic because of a false alarm. Secondly, the sensor in my garage has been giving me issues for a few months now and I have to bypass that sensor leaving my garage area vulnerable just to get a decent nights rest. I also have the issue of the ADT technicians installing a radio antenna and asking me why I didnt install the GPRS antenna which is free of charge and when prompted to replace the antenna, the want to charge me labour fees for an alarm unit that is still under warranty. BY THE TIME ALL MY ISSUES ARE BEING RESOLVED, MY WARRENTY WILL ALREADY BE EXPIRED,THEN I'M STUCK WITH PATHETIC SERVICE . I ensure that my installments are paid every month and this is the service I get in return. </p>
