ADT...USELESS AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wrote a review on the 8th October... till today nobody from ADT has contacted me. Sad part is they make people believe they the best security company in the South of Johannesburg... all lies they are an absolutely useless security company Had a break in ... security on site was questioned why didn't he check the premises and told us that if we don't like the service we should change it. Then when we requested to cancel we were told we need to pay a penalty for early cancellation. We refused and showed adt proof we signed a month to month contract which they didn't even have on their system or maybe they did but thought we wouldn't have our copy. Finally now canceled we were not notified that the services were canceled with adt because we were waiting for confirmation in order to sign up with a new security.... so we now left without security.
