ADTterrible installation an unauthorisedebit order

ADT was contracted to do an installation at my premises for CCTV - it has taken 5 attempts and it is still incomplete. I have dealt with everyone right uo to the MD. I paid the deposit in full. They are due to come on 8 Jan to finish. But now ADT has debit my account for the amount of R12484.50. Without our consent and without notice and without warning without invoice and an incomplete job.Really! Unfortunately no one is available as usual to take my call.
