ADT/SECUPRO ****TY SERVICE

I live in Westridge,Mitchell's Plain and our area sporadically have burglaries. ADT is using Secupro to cover our area. My gripe is with ADT as I pay my monthly fees to them as a service provider which they don't provide at all. The response time from Secupro is more then an hour which put my family at risk. We had a burglary in December 2019 and clearly no one cared, not even a call. My neighbours had to call the police instead. So after almost an hour and halve Secupro only rocked up. These guys never even appoligise for their **** service but they expect their monthly fees on time. You guys aswell as ADT should be ashamed, just because we live on the Cape Flats doesn't mean we don't deserve the same service that people receive in Bishop's Court. My neighbours and I are contemplating of changing this **** service provider as they clearly don't care about the colored communities.
