ADTs pathetic service and false promises

Pathetic service and false promises. Every call they say the same thing and make false promises.

What a frustrating day waiting for ADT technician while listening to the Alarm the entire day.

I was told a technician will come out to me at 12 to solve my faulty alarm that has been going off the entire day. After 12 I called in to enquire and was told the technician will be here between 1 and 3.. at 3 I was told the technician will be here after 5.

My life revolves around waiting for ADT to respond to me with a technician. I'm sure at 5 I'll be told to wait the 9 at night. And the cycle will continue.

Will definitely shop around for another security company.
