Adt/fidelity Bad security service

Bad day I have came the conclusion that adt/fidelity does not care and continues to render bad...very bad services to residence of soweto because is the historically black area...dey will responds to complains after weeks hence putting the safety of whole family in danger and Continous billing u...and quick and offers good service to historically white areas....so they dont care about blacks in soweto only interested in their money....this is ****
