ADT...a prime example of how not to treat clients

So...home alone with a toddler and woken by house alarm just before 1am...without deactivating the alarm, I call ADT and receive the freakin Spanish inquisition (much the same as we received from the area manager when we signed up a few years ago, having bought a house with 1 of thier systems installed already) from the extremely rude call centre agent! They can't pick up our details apparently, despite us being paid up to date and me giving house address, my own & hubby's cell & office & ID numbers...all of this while I am waiting for people to come crashing through my house! What does ADT stand for... Arrogant Disrespectful Turds?
