ADT worse service ever

We are still waiting for ADT to get back to us after numerous emails and calls to them. After our last post about ADT on Hellopeter they called and said someone from JHB branch will call us same day or latest the next morning but it's been over a week we still don't know what is happening. All they do is send emails that we must look at our contract.
