ADT WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!

<p>I do not recommend ADT ALARM SYSTEMS to anyone!! I have signed a contract with them two and a half weeks ago and I still don't have an alarm system in my house!!!!!!! When I phoned LAST WEEK THURSDAY the lady informed that the alarm's installation was suppose to be Thursday but the consultent that came to my house had tons of excuses!!!! I wrote a cancellation email and told the guy I would like to cancel. He claimed that he only received the email yesterday and did not cancel my contract, in the mean time I have not heard from them once!! ***service!!!! If they take this long to install an alarm, how long will it take then to respond to my call when my life is in danger????????</p>
