ADT WORSE SECURITY COMPANY EVER

I have been a loyal customer at ADT for as long as I am a home owner, never have we ever utilized their services, but continued to have them as it is always better to be prepared in the need that something happens. I have not seen a armed response vehicle in months in our area, yet they so easily can send increase letters, recently we made 5 calls to have our ADT board replaced. This was done over a period of three weeks. I was calm at first, but became really irritated when nobody called back. I said i would cancel my subscription and reverse my debit orders, that didnt bother your agents Sarah and Gadija very much, as they kept me waiting for about 15 minutes then dropped the call. In times such as these, customer service is everything, clearly your business is booming, and you dont require my premiums. i am disgusted with the services received. And will certainly not recommend ADT to anyone. You certainly do not live up to your CEO's expectations and promises to his customers
