ADT will respond to HelloPeter but forget about getting your refund or issue being resolved
They will not refund you. After logging complaint with Hellopeter, a prompt response was sent and I received a call advising they will help resolve my query.
Days later I still do not have a refund or a status on when refund will be paid.
