ADT will not keep you safe

bad service from ADT. this started in October last year when i signed a contract with their agent who promised me heaven and earth and all i got was hell. i was promised high class security only to find that the system doesn't work, i called, emailed ADT but up to now nothing has been done. When i report an incident they respond after 30 min, the promises i got from the agent when i signed the contract never happened, their maintenance guy came to inspect the alarm and found out that it was faulty this was in November up to now none has fixed it.<br> I have spoken to Sylus who promised to call back but never did. I spoke to Bella Letswalo who also promised heaven and earth but never did. They are so quick to take my money but giving a bad service,since October i have been using a faulty alarm and being sent from Cape to Cairo. the Agent name is Nico Fourie.<br> i have so angry with ADT and will be terminating my contract. ADT blames the agent and the agent blames ADT so where must the customer go?<br>
