Adt will not ensure your safety is secured

I can't even express my outright disgust with Adt security.

I have tested my alarm twice, just to ensure what I am secured.

First test, consultant calls yet we don't answer. Armed response gets to our premises 20min later. He does not request a password.

Second test, consultant calls and we give the incorrect password. Armed response comes to our premises 30-40min later.

Looking at the above, I did a quick sanity check and asked myself, in the country we live in today, no *****, ******er or **** needs 20min to do what they need to do. 10 minutes is all they need. Either Adt (considering the sluggish response) will find me ******ed at my place or I will find my house empty as the security service provider was unable to fulfil their role and responsibility.

I sent a complaint last week to adt and nobody attended to it. I called again this week, nobody attended to it.

I strongly suggest Adt consider recruiting better management and staff to operate a business like this because at the moment this looks like a complete mess and embarrassment considering their competitors.

I will never suggest or recommend anyone to join Adt. It's the worst recommendation ever
