ADT what am I paying for

So I get charged back in 2011 for what was called false alarms, I paid to have a technician come check everything. Afterwards I had to pay R100 extra monthly for the "false alarms", so I am basically paying extra. So last night my beams picks up something three times in a row, so I kept saying no thanks to the security response, since I am only allowed 5 a month with no charge. eventually when the alarm goes off for a fourth time I asked for assistance from ADT since I went and checked the area myself before now I am thinking someone is trying to force me to shutdown the alarm. After no response from ADT after 20 minutes I went out again by myself to check if all is okay and now I caled them again to ask for help. The response guy comes the 30 minutes later what am I paying for
